iHeartNoahides.com closing

Monday, March 1st, 2010

Hello dear readers and random searching souls!

Unless a generous donor can sponsor us to maintain this site’s hosting and domain services (about $120 a year), iHeartNoahides will soon go offline and unavailable indefinitely.

I have backed up the entire site, and therefore could reupload it all at a future time…like when I’ve completed graduate school and paid off my loans (ugh)…but honestly, who knows when that will be.

Since my first post on July 24th 2008, iHeartNoahides has received over 10,000 visitors!  Many Google searches with the keyword “noahide” in them lead people to iHeartNoahides where they find lots of information and links.  This is so, even despite having ceased to add to the site in summer 2009.

If you are feeling generous, please contact me, Daniel, at NoahGear@gmail.com

Blessings,

Daniel

The End of iHeartNoahides?

Saturday, January 24th, 2009

Hello dear readers.

The internet where I live is being discontinued because of its ill-effects on the children who live here.  That ends my ability to continue running this site, at least for the time being.  I am running into unhealthy time constraints with my professional life as well, so discontinued internet service is not so untimely, to be honest.

This site will stay up because it is used as a resource by people searching for answers, and arriving at iHeartNoahides.com

I can still be reached via the Contact page and email, which I can check outside my home on a regular basis.

I hope to continue work with B’nei Noach sometime down the road, in some form or another.  I do plan to continue this site once my situation changes, so be sure to check back every so often - you’ll probably find an occasional post.  You are wonderful people.

- Daniel

Site Update: Back online

Friday, November 21st, 2008

I apologize for iHeartNoahides.com not running for the past 36 hours.

The shared server this site (and many other people’s sites) is run on was being bullied by some internet bullies for whatever reason.

Thankfully, we’re back online!

Family Tragedy Saved by Divine Providence

Sunday, June 29th, 2008

My father was hit by a car while riding his bike this past Friday morning.

He has been training to ride in the annual fund raiser for Alyn Hospital in Israel this November. This was to be his first time riding all the way to work.

Only by divine providence is my father alive, and NOT paralyzed. Baruch Hashem, all his faculties are functional, barring broken bones.

The police officer investigating the accident told me that had my father not been wearing a helmet, he would not be alive.

This accident happened 3 blocks from our house! So if your children ever complain about wearing their helmet when their “just riding around the neighborhood,” their lives could be saved by that very helmet!!

One of the city’s top spinal injury specialists said that due to the way my father’s neck fractured he is “lucky” to be alive. With a mere 1/2 pound or pound more of pressure, the vertebrae bone would have sliced his spinal cord in half!

Chasde Hashem! Blessed is G-d who is merciful and compassionate.

Hence, the following posts are being posted today, instead of Friday before Shabbat. I hope you still find them meaningful.
